黃福來獲選北市輪椅網協理事長

●新任黃福來理事長致詞

台北市輪椅網球推廣協會2月18舉行理監事改選，原任理事長劉中興因已連任兩屆，依法卸任理事長職務，並由黃福來全票當選為第四屆理事長。

黃福來先生為永達保險經紀人股份有限公司總經理，多年來均在幕後贊助輪網協會。黃福來表示，輪網協會是個公益團體，未來協會重點將全力進行推廣的工作，並表示自己雖然無法提供輪椅網球專業技術的協助，但自信能努力尋求更多資源，讓更多的身心障礙朋友來從事這項運動，並希望擴大志工的人數，做出更多的貢獻。
